Last Friday Grade 4 enjoyed an excursion to a workshop and concert with the Bendigo Youth Choir at Sandford Hall. Bendigo Youth Choir includes singers from ages 10 - 21 and they have travelled to Tasmania to perform at Festival of Voices this year. 

In the workshop, we learned the chorus and body percussion parts to one of the choir’s songs. During the concert, we got up on stage with the choir and performed after just half an hour of practicing! 

It was very inspiring to hear a choir of young people perform to a high standard. 

Our students can be very proud of the way they confidently got up and performed while representing our school.
