Acting Principal's Message
Mrs Lauren Hall | Acting Principal
We have had a fantastic term filled with many learning opportunities, special events, incursions and excursions for our students. Throughout the term, students have participated in a wide range of enriching experiences, including Robotman, Cross Country, Bush Tucker Day, the ThinkUKnow program, Auskick clinics, National Walk Safely to School Day, National Simultaneous Storytime, Book Fair, Green and Gold Day, GEM Day, the Chess Competition, the Chinese Speaking Competition, the Sacrament of Confirmation, and Learning Conferences.
Our students have also enjoyed a number of memorable excursions and representative opportunities. Our Grade 6 students visited Parliament House, while our Grade 4 students proudly participated in the Festival of Voices. Our Prep students celebrated an exciting excursion to Fuller's Bookshop after winning a competition, and selected Grade 5/6 students represented our school at a netball competition. To round out the term, our entire Grade 5/6 cohort participated in the Round Robin Football and Netball Program this Friday.
These experiences have provided our students with valuable opportunities to learn, challenge themselves, develop new skills, and strengthen their connections with one another and the wider community. We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm, resilience and school spirit they have demonstrated throughout the term.
A big thank you to all of our dedicated staff who put the effort and time into making these experiences happen for our students.
As we look forward to another busy term ahead we wish all our families and students a relaxing school holiday spent making special memories with your loved ones.
Lauren Hall
