Emoji Biscuits

All the Year 9 Make, Bake and Decorate students having been making Emoji biscuits. They were required to copy two emojis and they had to make one original design. The students did a great job designing and making their Emoji biscuits.

8E Butterfly Cupcakes

Students in 8E made some lovely Butterfly Cupcakes and were assessed on how well they could execute the task in a test situation. They were assessed on their: Final Product, Safety and Cleaning Processes used in the kitchen.

They all did an amazing job and enjoyed eating them!

Edible Garden Club

Spring has sprung in the edible garden with many plants flowering. Flowers attract pollinators to the garden leading to fruit and seed production. 

Last week we harvested 10 big bunches of giant red mustard greens. One staff member shared a delicious Vietnamese recipe (using the leaves to wrap flavoursome beef and vegetables), while many others were trying this versatile vegetable for the first time.
