Achievements
2023 Duxes
Congratulations to our two Huntingtower Duxes, Lawrence Hider & Pranav Choudhary (Class of 2023), who both achieved perfect ATAR scores of 99.95.
Lawrence received Perfect Study Scores (50) in Physics, English & Applied Computing: Data Analytics. Lawrence will be studying Science at Melbourne University where he has been offered a Chancellor's Scholarship which gives him free undergraduate study and entry into his choice of post graduate study upon completion of his course.
Pranav received Perfect Study Scores in Specialist Maths, Physics, Chemistry & Maths Methods. Pranav will be studying Medicine at Monash University in 2024 where he is the recipient of the Sir John Monash Scholarship for Distinction which gives him $8000 per annum for up to 4 years of study.

Top Class - Theatre Studies
Congratulations to Chika Yoshikawa (Class of 2023), who has been selected to perform her monologue at Top Class Theatre Studies 2024 at the Melbourne Recital Centre.
Top Class is an annual concert series coordinated by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) showcasing outstanding performances by VCE and VCE VET students from schools across the state.
This year, 95 top performing students were invited to audition for Top Class Theatre Studies, and only 25 students were selected to perform. Selected performers exemplify the skill and creativity that can be achieved within the VCE curriculum.
Chika will perform at the Melbourne Recital Centre – 31 Sturt St, Southbank – on Friday 19 April 2024 at 2:00pm. Well done Chika on this incredibly achievement!
Top Designs - Visual Communication
Congratulations to Amelie Dyer, who has been selected to exhibit their VCE Visual Communication Design work in Top Designs 2024 at Melbourne Museum.
Top Designs is an annual exhibition coordinated by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) in partnership with Museums Victoria, showcasing outstanding design works made by VCE and VCE VET students from schools across the state.
This year, only 92 works were selected for the exhibition from over 1,000 applications. Selected works exemplify the innovation, skill and creativity that can be achieved within the Victorian Curriculum.
Top Designs will run from Saturday 23 March until Sunday 14 July at the Melbourne Museum, 11 Nicholson St, Carlton. Congratulations Amelie on this outstanding achievement!
