Class of 2025 - only exams to go!

by Ms Shareen Bottrell, Assistant Principal, and Ms Arabella Thompson, Year 12 Coordinator

The celebrations for the Class of 2025 began in week 2 this term, marking the start of a joyful and memorable farewell for our graduating students. Year 12s enjoyed a week filled with laughter, friendship, and tradition, from creative dress-up days to the much-loved uniform signing.

One of the highlights was the Year 12 Movie Night, where students gathered to watch Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules. With pizza in hand and plenty of laughing along, it was a chance to unwind and be together as a cohort. The celebrations continued into Monday morning, where students and parents came together for the Year 12 Breakfast, followed by the final assembly. The assembly was an exciting event which featured singing, dancing, thank you speeches, and a special performance from the stand-out staff band. Our Prefects once again led the way, guiding all students to get up and dance, creating an atmosphere of pure joy.

A touching video featured messages of thanks to their teachers, and the Head of Senior School, Jess Sheppard and Year 12 Coordinator, Arabella Thompson, shared inspiring words and their favourite memories as they bid farewell to this remarkable group.

With exams having commenced on Tuesday 28 October, we wish all our Year 12 students the very best as they complete this important final stage of their schooling. We look forward to celebrating their incredible achievements at the Valedictory Evening on Thursday 21 November.

Congratulations to the Class of 2025! We are so proud of everything you have accomplished and can’t wait to see what you achieve next!
