Auxiliary Morning Tea

The TC Auxiliary looks forward to welcoming guests to the annual Auxiliary Morning Tea, which will be held on Friday, 31 July in Gibney Hall. 

 

This year's event will not only bring together attendees for a delicious morning tea, but will also celebrate the Spirit of Community at Trinity College! Please join us as we connect as a community at this flagship TC Auxiliary event.

  • Date: Friday, 31 July
  • Time: 10.00am - 12.00pm (doors open at 9.45am)
  • Venue: Gibney Hall, Trinity College
  • Costs: 
    • Table-of-8: $200 per table (excl booking fees)
    • Single Seat: $25 per person  (excl booking fees)
  • Sales close: 3.00pm, Monday 27 July (unless sold out prior)
  • Other:

    • This event relies on the generosity of families (particularly for food items and raffle prizes) - please read the 'information letter to families' (linked below) for details on requested contributions per year level.

     

 

Auxiliary Morning Tea Lottery

For just $25 per ticket, you could win a “Nautical Bracelet” from Kailis, valued at $825, which will be given away at the end of the event.

 

The Nautical Bracelet expresses freedom, excitement and a sense of achievement. Inspired by the Australian summer and lapping ocean shores, featuring a lustrous Australian South Sea pearl and adjustable nautical style clasp.

  • Tickets cost $25 each. 

  • Only 250x tickets are available.

  • While the Lottery will be drawn at the end of the Auxiliary Morning Tea event, you do not need to be in attendance in order to win (should your ticket be drawn).

Volunteer assistance request

To help deliver the event, we humbly ask for volunteer support. Please see below a list of opportunities to help out.

 

  • Set-up of Gibney Hall: Thurs 30 July | 12.30pm - approx 3.05pm | 10-12x volunteers

  • Food preparation & final set-up: Fri 31 July | 7.30am - 10.00am | 10-12x volunteers*

  • Service & kitchen support: Fri 31 July | 10.00am - 12.00pm | 6-8x volunteers

  • Pack-down: Fri 31 July | 12.00pm - approx 2.30pm | 12-16x volunteers*

 

* Note: the highest points of need are 'food preparation & final set-up', and 'pack-down'.

Tickets for the 2026 Year 11 Dinner Dance are now on sale! We look forward to welcoming students are their guests to the event in week 3.5.
