Wellbeing

It's been an eventful year so far, and I believe that this holiday break is the perfect time for you and your children to recharge, enjoy the weather, prioritise your wellbeing, and stay safe.

Rest and Recharge:

I encourage you and your children to embrace relaxation and recharge your spirits. It's the ideal opportunity to slow down, spend quality time together, and reflect on the year so far. Whether it's a movie night, family game sessions, or simply enjoying a good book, make sure to savour those precious moments.

Enjoy the Weather:

Take advantage of the beautiful Spring weather during this break. Go for walks, explore nature trails, or simply have a picnic in the park. Fresh air and outdoor activities can do wonders for your physical and mental health.

Practice Wellbeing:

Wellbeing should be at the forefront of your holiday plans. Encourage your children to engage in activities that promote their mental and emotional health. Whether it's meditation, journaling, or pursuing a creative hobby, these activities can help them develop resilience and manage stress.

I want to express my gratitude for your continued support and partnership with OLF. I look forward to the new Term with optimism and hope,

Warm wishes for a restful holiday break,
