School Uniform

Students are to return in Term 4 on Tuesday 10th October wearing their full summer uniform. All students are to wear their hats. Our school policy is ‘no hat no play’ and no participation in a sport lesson.  Correct sports socks are also to be worn with black or white sports shoes. The school sport uniform is only to be worn on designated class sport days. Students are to have neat and tidy hairstyles. All long hair needs to be tied back.

Swimming Program

Our school swimming program commences in Week 2 of Term Four, on Monday 17th October at Caringbah Leisure Centre.  Students in Years 2 -5 will participate in an intensive five day program which will operate over four weeks.

Kindergarten and Year One students will participate in an intensive five day program during Weeks Five and Six.

Swimming event timetables are available via Compass and the online parent consent is to be completed prior to the program.

The school annual swimming carnival will be held on Friday 24th November.

Parent helpers will be required for Kindergarten - Year Two. Further information will be shared in Term Four related to parent assistance.

All parents are requested to contact the office if for any reason their child cannot participate in this school based Physical Education program.

 School Supervision

There are many students arriving at school early in the morning prior to school supervision which commences at 8.20am. Parents please be aware that if your child arrives on the premises prior to this time, there is no adult available which is a  safety concern. We encourage all students to arrive at school during supervision times. Our school based Before and After School Service is available daily to assist with student supervision outside school times.

Canteen Money

Over the last few weeks, many of our students have been bringing in large amounts of cash to spend at the canteen. This causes problems with these students giving money to other students and purchasing large amounts of food rather than eating their healthy lunch. Parents are reminded to monitor the amounts of money students are bringing to school.
