Careers News Term 3 update

Good afternoon Students, Parents & Guardians,

Term 3 is a very busy time for our year 12 students who are looking to apply for Tafe and University courses through VTAC. The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre administers the application processes for places in tertiary courses, scholarships and the Special Entry Access Scheme at universities, TAFEs and independent tertiary colleges in Victoria. This also includes ATAR. All Year 12 students apply through VTAC for tertiary courses in Victoria. Please see a list of key dates and resources for students who made need support with the process:

Key Dates:

31 July - Applications open
28 September - Timely applications close
6 October - SEAS and scholarships close
11 December - Victorian ATAR released
13 December - Change of preference closes
21 December - December round offers; change of preference opens again
12 January - January domestic offers released
1 February - February domestic round 1. Further rounds Feb 9, 16, 23
