The annual Girton tennis tournament took place on the 29th of January. Thank you to all the competitors for coming out, doing their absolute best in the heat, and giving up their last day of holidays. We wish to congratulate the follow Champions for 2020.

Junior Male – William Bowles (8 Riley)

Junior Female – Amy Jacobsen (8 Jones)

Intermediate Male – Siddheswar Vijayanand (10 Millward )

Intermediate Female – Willow Barnett (9 Jenkin)

Senior Male – Jacob Page (11 Riley)

Senior Female – Eliza O’Sullivan (11 Jones)

The competition was tough and many of these results were very close. We have some very strong teams hoping to bring home some medals in both Sandhurst, and GVGS competitions. We are looking forward to a great year in tennis. A massive thank you to Ms Speed, Mr Slater and Steve Storer for running the tournament and supporting all the players.
