Secondary Soccer

Mount Carmel has been well represented in Secondary Soccer this term.

A team of Year 8 and 9 students are participating in the Year 9/10 competition and are currently undefeated on top of the ladder, with good wins against Friends’, Mackillop, Fahan Navy, Fahan Orange and Collegiate. The team has kicked an amazing 29 goals from their first 5 matches, and have only conceded 1.

The Year 7/8 team has come together really well, and having a fantastic season under the guidance of Cameron Chladil, who has returned after coaching the Year 7 students last year.  The team has wonderful team spirit and are kicking great goals.  They enjoyed their first win 3 – 0 against Fahan last week, and look forward to the remaining games.
