Year 5 

This term we have worked hard to develop our skills and knowledge of Explanation Writing. To conclude our unit, we explored podcasts as an alternative form of presenting information. Year 5 and Year 6 created their own podcasts on their favourite author. They did a great job in researching, preparing and delivering these podcasts. As each podcast was different, we have now discovered a wide range of new authors, genres and series. Maybe we have even been inspired to find a book by one of these writers to read over the holidays!
