`The Secret'

Over the past 2 weeks the students have kept a secret from all of their teachers. `The Secret' was revealed on Wednesday 11th September at recess. The VCAL students lead the students in a Pay It Forward Project.

Pay It Forward is about doing one nice thing for another person and asking them to Pay It Forward. Sometimes it's just nice to do something nice for someone else.

The students presented all the teachers with a present of appreciation. All teachers received a letter titled `We Appreciate You'. The students had written what they appreciate their teachers for and the VCAL class collated the information and presented it on beautiful paper.

There were definitely some themes across the students' responses. They appreciate that their teachers are helpful, nice, supportive, caring, they smile and say `hi'. 

I would like to thank all students for their positive contribution, Tamara and Sally for provide morning tea for everyone and Leonie Perkins (Parents and Friends) for manning the office, so all staff could be involved.
