Education Perfect World Series Math Championships Results

During the week of Tuesday 30 July to 6 August, MGSC students from Year 7 to 10 were invited to participate in the Education Perfect World Series Math Championships.

Students select their own learning, practising all things mathematics from times tables through to advanced algebra. 

I am particularly pleased to provide our community with the results summary below – 58th globally out of 1589 schools and 1st in Victoria for the 501 – 1000 students category!

Congratulations to all of our students who participated, but particularly to our top four achievers:

Olivia Radford – Highest Score on 5015 points - Emerald Certificate

Cleo Noble – 2nd place on 3022 points – Silver Certificate

Xiao Zhu – 3rd place on 2371 points – Silver Certificate

Katy Zepackic – 4th place on 200 points – Silver Certificate

All students achieving 1000 and above points will receive Bronze certificates and students on 500 and above a Credit certificate. We look forward to presenting these certificates  at an upcoming College assembly.
