Families of St. Fidelis Community,
We hope that all the dad’s all had a WONDERFUL Father’s Day weekend celebrating with their children and loved ones. The P&F really enjoyed celebrating with everyone on Friday morning and it was so great to see SO MANY Dad’s and Grandpa’s enjoying time with our children.
The Father’s Day events wrapped up the P&F events for Term 3 and we now look forward to Term 4. Thank you to all committee members, staff, sponsors and parent helpers for your continued support of all the Term 3 events and activities.
A reminder please - if you are able to assist the P&F with a donation of a bottle of wine, box of chocolates (with a long expiry), homewares, candles, vouchers, etc. it would be greatly appreciated. We still have our end of year Christmas raffle coming up and the products will be used in hampers. We thank you for your support.
Icy Pole Fridays – Every Friday, Icy Poles $1 each
Loose Change Drive – commences start of Term 4, ends Thursday 9th December. Information coming SOON.
Pizza & Pasta Family Night – Saturday 15th October – TICKETS EXHAUSTED
Christmas Carol Night – Thursday 15th December
What a HUGE success the Father’s Day events/activities were. The celebrations kicked off with the Father’s Day Stall and continued onwards to the Father’s Day Breakfast, assembly, and classroom activities on Friday morning. It takes a lot of time and effort to put these events and activities together and so I would like to extend a MASSIVE THANK YOU to ALL the P&F Committee Members, parent helpers and staff who coordinated each of the activities and brought a smile to our children’s faces.
I would also like to extend a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Anastasia and Damian Spyrou from THE VILLAGE BAKERY who kindly donated all the egg/bacon and egg/halloumi rolls for the breakfast. This generous donation not only allows for a delicious feed, but it also provides a generous influx of profit towards the school’s fundraising account which allows our children access to improved resources and facilities. To extend our thanks to the Village Bakery, it would be great to return our support by visiting the store on Grantham Street OR by simply writing a kind Google Review. See the details of their business attached.
And as mentioned, the Father’s Day Event would not have been as successful as it was without the generous support we receive from companies in our local community. Each of the companies listed below supports the school and our children by providing financial support, products or services to our school for a contribution towards raffle prizes or event participation. Again, if you could please return the love by supporting the listed business below, it would be greatly appreciated.
And of course, thank you to the families who donated a box of chocolate or bottle of wine 😊 And the winners of the raffle were…
