Nossal Motorsport Club at the Australian Grand Prix

The Nossal Motorsport Club had a thrilling day on Friday 31 March, as they went to the Formula One at Albert Park. The students had an incredible time watching the fastest cars in the world zooming around the track and witnessing different tiers of motorsport from F3 to F1.

The day was made even more special by the presence of foundation principal Roger Page, who was instrumental in the Nossal Motorsport Club. Mr. Page's passion for motorsport inspired many students during his time at Nossal High School, and it was wonderful to see him still supporting the club and its members.

Several staff members also accompanied the students to the race, including Christopher Sacco, Mark Humphries, and Jason Bell. These teachers not only provided guidance and supervision but also shared their knowledge and love of motorsport with the students.

The highlight of the day was, of course, the Formula One cars. The students were amazed at how fast and agile they were, and the sound of the engines roaring around the track was deafening. They also got to see the other categories, such as F3 and F2, some lucky students were even able to see some drivers in person! Overall, it was an incredible experience for the Nossal Motorsport Club, and the students were grateful for the opportunity to attend the Formula One. They had a lot of fun and learned a great deal about motorsport and its different categories. The club would like to thank Mr. Page and the staff members who accompanied them for their support and guidance, which made the day even more memorable.
