Congratulations to Raymond East on winning the Senior String Championship at the Cairns Eisteddfod this week, and for all of his other outstanding results playing the violin in the following sections:
String Duet 14-18yrs : 1st place
Beethoven Solo 14-18yrs: 3rd place
String Solo 14-18yrs: HC
All of these amazing results concluded with Ramond being awarded the Aggregate Award for Vioin. Congratulations Raymond, we are very proud of you, and congratulations to your wonderful violin teacher Mrs Baker.

St Mary's was excited to enter our string ensemble into the Cairns Eisteddfod for the first time this year and we couldn't be more thrilled with how well they performed under the guidance of their teacher, Mr Robert Johnstone.

Congratulations St Mary’s Singers!
St Mary’s choir, under the direction of Mrs Joanne Wright, competed at the Cairns Eisteddfod. We are delighted to share their wonderful achievements and commend the students on their commitment to music.
Special thanks to Mrs Kathryn Oxford for her ongoing support and contribution to our choir, and our wonderful accompanist, Mrs Margaret Willis.
