All students are invited to enter the 2017 Chatterbox!

Thursday August 24 sees the return of this very popular event - where students have the opportunity to participate in the college's own public speaking competition.

Students will be competing for the Junior Chatterbox, Senior Chatterbox and People's Choice Chatterbox awards - and we are looking for a lot of hot competition for them!

Last year's Chatterbox was a fabulous evening - students across all year levels presented entertaining (and sometimes surprising!) speeches on a very diverse range of subjects.  Students are free to choose  their own topic and so have the opportunity to talk on issues that are important to them and for which they have a real passion.  Those who have participated in the past agree that it is a very worthwhile experience and look forward to competing again!

Participating in Chatterbox is NOT limited to being behind the microphone!

The Chatterbox audience plays a vital role in the event: Presenters need an audience with which they can share their passion and ideas! Of course, the audience also decides who the most popular Chatterbox is (the People's Choice Award) and must vote for their favourite speaker.
