Intermediate Boys Cricket

On Tuesday 26th February our intermediate boys cricket team played 2 games against Emmanuel College and Brauer College. We were superbly led by our joint captains; Louis Sharman, Lochie Worden and Darcy McKendry across the entire day. Many of the college key values were on full display, with all students demonstrating; courage, resilience and mutual respect when facing our opponents.

Numerous students excelled with the bat; Josh McConnell (30) Lochie Worden (25) Darcy McKendry (16) Louis Sharman (15) and Lachlan Hinkley (13).

With the ball – wickets were shared, however across both games – Lochie Worden was the pick of our bowlers with combined figures of 3/ 14 from 7 overs.

Well done to the entire team on your efforts, the college is proud of you.

Also a massive congratulations to the Senior Boys Cricket team who competed in the GWR cricket competition Wednesday 6th March. They showed great passion and resilience on the day finishing 2nd overall.
