Automotive Mechanic: part-time work opportunity

An automotive mechanic is looking for a student to work 2-3 afternoons per week from 4.00 - 5.30 pm. Duties will include cleaning and sweeping. The workshop is located about a 5-10min walk from Heatherdale Station.

If so, here is some information that may interest you! These days there are countless opportunities that are available to people who would like to put their passion for art and creativity into a career.

 Think Graphic Design, which can lead to such things as a Fashion Designer, a Marketing Manager. If you are more technically skilled and prefer to work behind the scenes, a UX/UI Designer may be of greater interest to you. There is also careers as a Wedding Designer, Letter Press Printer, 3D Illustrator, Book Cover Designer, Sign Painter, Surface Pattern Designer, Game Designer, Packaging Designer, Web Designer, Email Marketing Designer, Muralist, just to mention a few. Graphic Designers can be found in industries such as Manufacturing, Fashion, Advertising, Media, Telecommunications, Retail, Real-estate, Education, Scientific and Technical Services.

An ATAR score is not necessarily required for a career in graphic design and there are many tertiary institutions that offer a wide range of courses: Short Courses, Certificates, Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas and Degrees.
