Year 12 Ancient History and Modern History students recently attended the History Teachers Association HSC Study Days at Sydney University. 

The days were invaluable for revision, inspiration and furthering their knowledge and understanding of the topics studied in class in preparation for the Trial HSC examinations next term. Ancient History sessions focused on: Xerxes, Pompeii and Herculaneum, Persian Wars and Delian League and Modern History sessions focused on Interwar Dictatorships, USA, Indochina and Civil Rights. 

Apart from immersing ourselves in History, many students also enjoyed the opportunity to experience a day or two at Sydney University and commented that they were keen to return next year. 

Thank you to Mrs Hanich, Mr Tickner, Ms Barovs and Ms Saliba who joined us on the excursions.
