Dessert in a Jar

Year 11 Food Technology students are to be congratulated for all their efforts in designing a dessert in a jar as part of their recent Food Quality Assessment. 

 

Students were required to research different styles for plating food, food trends, developing a food map and dessert recipe to fit into a jar and then taking two photographs from different angles suitable for a magazine lift out to advertise their product.
