Uniform Shop

Term Opening Hours

The Uniform shop will be open on Monday 18 July from 8am to 10.30am as well as our usual Tuesday and Friday mornings commencing from 19 July for the remainder of Term 3.

Second Hand Uniforms

We would like to thank parents and students for your kind donations of uniform items which are no longer required and request that any future donations are in a good condition and also washed before sending through to the shop.  As a guide when determining if the item should be donated, please ensure there are no stains or rips, that zippers are working and all buttons attached. If not, please dispose of the item thoughtfully rather than donating.

Our regular process of holding two second hand uniform sales each year has been disrupted in the last two years due to Covid-19.  These sales are traditionally held on a Saturday morning at the end of terms one and three.

The Uniform Shop is committed to assisting families with the cost of purchasing uniform, however as we are reliant on donations of good quality clothes; specific items or sizings may not always be available.

Due to a lack of space, second hand items are not stored in the shop for regular access, with all second hand items boxed and kept in storage when not being prepared for our sales.  Therefore, we would request you look out for information on forthcoming second hand sales to purchase items, or send through an email to the uniform shop who will provide assistance as soon as possible.

Exchanges and Refunds Policy

We have been seeing a number of returns of late, which do not fall within our published policy. We would like to reiterate the following:

  • Faulty items can be exchanged
  • Exchanges & refunds, items must
    • be returned within 90 days with proof of purchase
    • include the original packaging and tags
    • not have been worn or used
    • not include any form of labelling or naming.

Furthermore, there are no refunds or exchanges on caps, hats, tights, ties, blazers, socks, book packs (if purchased at the shop) and second hand/ pre-loved goods, unless faulty.

When items are returned according to the above criteria, if the same item is required in another size, this can happen automatically, however where a different item is required, a refund of the first will be needed and a purchase of the new item will need to be generated. This may mean that a parent will need to be contacted to put the funds back into the correct location.

To provide clarity for the shop, can you please print off the Exchanges and Refunds Form which is located on the website and ask your child to hand in the form with the item.

If you have any queries please email the Uniform Shop at khscp@yahoo.com.au
