Virtual House Performance 

Hello talented people of MGSC!  

If you can play an instrument, sing, dance or act, the Performing Arts captains are looking for you! We are adapting House Performance into a virtual competition to bring us together in this social distancing season and we need your help. Although these times are troubling, the show must go on!

To enter this competition, join the Google Classroom (see Newsfeed) and upload your video to the assignment. Winners will need to be willing to have their performances shared publicly. 

We will be judging all entries off of skill, technique and performance. Each entry would be separated into one of three categories: music, dance and drama. The due date for your amazing videos is on Monday 15 June. 

We know it can be difficult, but don’t work yourself too much over your recordings! This is just a fun little competition for those looking for something to do in these thrilling times of isolation. 

We will be picking a winner for each year level and category so we wish you good luck and we can’t wait to watch them all. 

The original auditions that were held in term 1 will still earn points for your House. The winning entry for each year level will also count towards the final tally for House Performance.
