Mental health and wellbeing are key components of The Resilience Project. One of the strategies students are taught is mindfulness - the ability to be present in the moment.

 

Commonsense Media has put together a list of podcasts to support kids, tweens and teens with their physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness.

 

There is something for everyone from physical movement options like yoga and dance, mindfulness techniques and for the younger listeners podcasts that help them to name,express and communicate their feelings.
