YOUNG VINNIES - VISIT FROM ABORIGINAL STUDENTS AT KOONDOOLA PRIMARY SCHOOL

Last Wednesday, a group of Young Vinnies students welcomed 20 Aboriginal students from Years 4-6 from Koondoola Primary School to the College for a lunch of party pies, sausage rolls, ice creams and juice, followed by games with some of our Young Vinnies students.

Our relationship with Koondoola Primary School has been ongoing for over six years and has formed some great friendships and memories during this time.

It was heartwarming to see the close friendships that have formed with the children and, in particular, the hugs and chatter with our Vinnies students and staff when the children were saying goodbye.
