A wellbeing challenge for everyone

 

I came across this Joyful June calendar from Action for Happiness  - I found it to be a wonderful way to do something positive each day. 

June is a cold and miserable month outside, and particularly at the moment – I challenge us all to do something different.  Each day in June, follow the calendar – We have missed the first 2, but you can still do them

  • June 1st – Decide to look for what's good every day this month
  • June 2nd – Say positive things in your conversations with others

Have a look and see if you can follow the calendar – they are not difficult things to do, but in the long run can really change our outlook.
