 Year 9 Patisserie

A High Tea at Emerald Secondary College

Our Year 9 Patisserie class excitedly held a High Tea yesterday afternoon. The event was part of a design task where students undertake primary and secondary research to plan and work as a team to deliver a culinary event. The students carefully chose a mix of sweet and savoury delicacies, so that special guests were treated to sausage rolls, pizza slices, ham & cheese puffs - as well as fruit flans, lemon méringue pies, chocolate dipped fruit and brownies. We would like to thank Kerrianne for helping us to bring it all together.

It was such a lovely afternoon. Congratulations everybody!!
