On Wednesday June 17, the weather finally allowed us to have our Cross Country!!! In some light rain throughout the day, Junior School students participated in revised courses. The Infant students ran a 500m course and the Primary students ran 1800m. 

 

The events were spread out across the day to reduce large numbers in one space. It was great to see our students competing once again, determined to do their best. 

 

There was fantastic House spirit on display and it was terrific to hear the cheers from students to help their peers across the finish line. Well done to everyone that participated, particularly to those who placed in their races.

IPSSO

I am happy to let you know that Winter sports for IPSSO will commence next term in Week 2. 

There will be procedures and measures in place to try and keep students and staff safe during travel and competition. Some examples of these will be the use of hand sanitizer, temperature checks and cleaning of equipment. The students that were successful from the Trials will receive their contracts shortly.

 

Primary Wollongong Diocesan Events in Term 3 and 4

Wollongong Diocese has made it clear that there is NO re-scheduling of events cancelled in Terms 1 and 2 to be placed on calendars in Terms 3 and 4 this year.
