Great Southern Land 

WHOLE SCHOOL PRODUCTION 2023

We are having a whole school production that is called ‘Great Southern Land’ named after an Iva Davies (Icehouse) song that was deliberately written about Australia and has been embraced by international and indigenous artists alike.

Each year level will be presenting their learning as a performance on stage at the Lakes Reception centre on September 7, 2023.

Further information will be sent out in term 2. In preparation for the performance, we would like all families to purchase a high neck skivvy for each child, as soon as possible and give to the classroom teacher. We ask that you write their name on it. The children will use the skivvy and their school black pants / leggings as the base for a costume. 

Please see the classroom teacher if this is a concern to see if we can assist. It is expected that all children will be performing at the production.
