Community volunteer signups – live now

The 2022 PFA and CSR signup is open and I encourage you to consider signing up and making the most of the opportunities we have next year to come together. This signup is an indication of your interest.
The structure is flexible to meet your needs and your time is very much appreciated. With many reconnecting and fun events planned and multiple offerings from CSRs, there are plenty of opportunities across the year to meet new people and volunteer with friends.

PFA Annual General Meeting and Volunteer Thank You Event - Tuesday 7 December
One night, two events. At 7.00pm, the AGM will start with a toast. Reports will be tabled and roles awarded for 2022.
All community members are members of PFA, and all are welcome to share the celebration.
At 7.30pm, a Volunteer Thank You event will be hosted by our School to thank our community for each task large and small. It will be a wonderful opportunity to say farewell to our leaving Year 12 PFA members and to our much-loved Principal, Mr Charlton.
SHUS update
The next Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS) is planned for Saturday 4 December. Sign up here to make a booking.
Unfortunately consignments cannot be accepted until next year and the SHUS team are looking to open in late January 2022 with an extra SHUS date. Please keep an eye on KCEE for updates.
SHUS encourages you to sign up as a volunteer as we look to get the service fully operational. A big team will assist planning and operations. Sign up here to volunteer.
Secondhand book list - buy/sell
The 2021 Kilvington Grammar Secondhand Book List is open for you to buy and sell your School books. You will find the booklist for 2022 on KCEE for you to check what is required.

CSR events
As restrictions ease further, CSRs will be in touch about opportunities to reconnect and celebrate the fast-approaching end of year. Should you need any assistance connecting with your CSR or cohort, please email me at ck.ten@hotmail.com.
