STUDENT DISCO - 21st July.

The kids are very excited about the upcoming disco this week. We will be raising funds towards the Grade 6 graduation fund. Please ask your children to pass donations onto their teacher on Thursday morning. This will also be a whole school casual dress day. 

• Prep, one and two – 1:40-2:30pm
• Three and four – 2:30-3:20pm

The senior disco will be running out of school hours in the gym. We ask that the parents dropping off and collecting the students please sign them in and out. Remember the senior disco has an 80’s theme. 

• Year Five and Six – @5:30-6:30pm

Please be mindful of footwear (no heels), to prevent damage to the gym floor. 

Don't forget your Ventolin/EpiPen's etc  if you require one. 

SCHOOL CANTEEN 

We are so close to having this up and running! All that’s left is to get the online ordering app set up.

We are excited to announce that Groove Cafe will be managing our lunch orders which will be available once a week on a Friday. We will share the menu shortly. 

We will be having a ‘Doughnut Day’ on Friday 12th August to help raise some funds to get the system up and running. Notes will go home next week to place orders.

Thanks for your patience with this, and also a big shout out to Poppy T from year 4 who initiated this for the P&F. Well done Poppy! And thank you for all of your hard work and innovative ideas.  

DADS NIGHT OUT - SAVE THE DATE 26th AUGUST 

We are planning a Dad’s Night Out event to celebrate the Dads of OGPS for Father’s Day. Stay tuned for more information…

PARENTS SOCIAL NIGHT - SAVE THE DAY 14th OCTOBER 

Trivia is back!! We are so excited to welcome back a parent's social event. Put Friday 14th in your calendars now. More info to come. 

This will be our largest fundraiser of the year to help fund the bike shed expansion and upgrade. We will be asking our community of parents / builders to assist us with a working bee to help get these up. SENIOR SCHOOL GARDEN 

The P&F will be working closely with the Sustainability Sub Committee and Julian T to help re-establish the veggie garden. 

RECYCLING HUB

We have been working with the Sustainability Sub Committee to get an awesome Recycling Hub off the ground. We would also love to speak to some builders from our school community who might be able to assist us with this project. Please email ogpsparentsclub@gmail.com.
