GIGS ON THE GREEN

Thank you to the fantastic Max Wiseman, Antonia Darmos and Declan Martin (Year 12 students) who performed a brilliant set for the assembled and enthusiastic crowd at the Gigs on the Green on Thursday 10 August. 

Thank you to Andrew Albanis for his continuing organization of this performance series.

Our focus for the next few weeks will now be:

WINTER CONCERT

This will be a showcase for all Instrumental Music students from Years 7 - 12 and will be held on Wednesday 30 August at Robert Blackwood Hall - Monash University. 

Tickets have now gone on sale and can be purchased through this direct link.

Please note that students who are performing will not require a purchased ticket, a seat has been reserved for them.

A reminder about core ensemble rehearsal times:

Main campus (Auditorium) 

• Wind Symphony - Tuesday after school (3:30 - 5pm) 
• Choir (vocal students Years 10-12) - Thursday lunchtime
• Orchestra - Thursday after school (3:30 - 5pm)

East campus (VG.1) 

• East Campus Choir (Vocal students Years 8 - 9) Monday lunchtime
• Keenan Strings - Monday after school (3:30 - 4.30pm)
• Ovenden Band - Wednesday after school (3:30 - 4.30pm)

All other ensembles are by invitation and/or audition only, and dependent on ongoing commitment to the core ensemble.
