Family Care Sisters

Our Holistic Centre at Croydon is a quiet place for all women to rest and rejuvenate – body, spirit and mind.  

Our short residential programs incorporate holistic care, life coaching and mentoring, alongside opportunities for rest and relaxation in a supportive environment.   We help to nurture the spirit of each woman, so she can return home more confident to cope with the stresses of life and family.
