The Australian Maths Competition is nearly here!

A reminder that Thursday 1st August is the date for the Australian Maths Competition. We have a large number of students from Years 3 - 6 participating on this day. In the meantime keep practising number skills at home, remembering all students have access to either Mathseeds or Maths Online 24/7. Speed Skills (found in Maths Online) is a great way of improving automatic response accuracy in all of the 4 processes. 

I also recommend a great app to improve times tables knowledge - ‘10 Minutes A Day - Times Tables.’ This is a free app that is easy to use and I guarantee, if your child uses the app for just 10 minutes a day, the repetition provided will help to improve your child’s knowledge of their times tables.
