All BNPS Dads - Tomorrow Night!
Student Christmas Cards/Treats
We understand that celebrating Christmas is a lovely time for the children which we are all excited to share with them, but please note the following when sending in cards, gifts and celebratory food.
- If you intend on partaking, please do this before/after school hours - it is very time consuming for the teachers to distribute.
- Many parents are concerned about the amount of treats that are given to their children without their permission.
Please note that students will not be permitted to consume any treats at school.
Class Contact Lists for 2019
Previously all parents have consented to the inclusion of their contact details on our Class Contact Lists. We will assume, unless you tell us otherwise, that you are happy for your details to be included on the 2019 Class Contact Lists to be distributed via email at the end of 2018. Of course please let us know if any of your details have changed (or will be changing) by emailing beaumaris.north.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au at your earliest convenience.
Thank You from the Year 6 Graduation Committee!
Thank you to everyone who donated their time and baked goods for the Election Day Bake Stall last week, it was much appreciated and well worth the time and effort by all (even though it was freezing!). We would also like to extend our thanks to Tom Johnson (FAC President) and the band of dads who volunteered their time and onion cutting skills at the BBQ - without hot food (and the mums telling customers to have something sweet with it!) it may not have been such a great success A total of $1400 was raised for the Year 6 Graduation!!!
Finally, thank you to the staff who accommodated us - the Year 6 Graduation Committee really appreciate it!
Final School Banking Day for 2018
Our final School Banking day will be Tuesday 11 December 2018. Please note any reward items ordered after November 30 will be delivered early next year. Any Dollarmites tokens not used this year can be used toward rewards in 2019.

I would sincerely like to thank the dedicated Canteen volunteers who have turned up for their assigned shifts this term, as well as filling other vacant shifts. Thank you also to our reliable Sushi volunteers for collecting our sushi each week. The Canteen would not have been open as many times as it has been this term without our wonderful volunteers and the support from the Office staff when no one, or only one volunteer had signed up! We hope to be able to secure even more volunteers next year to keep our Canteen alive - please CLICK/TAP HERE to get us off to a great start for Term 1, 2019!

Uniform Shop
The last day the Uniform Shop will be open in 2018 is on the morning of Wednesday 19 December from 8.45 - 10.00am. This will be the last pick up day for Prep orders that are placed at the final Prep Orientation morning on Wednesday 5 December.
The shop will be open on Thursday 24 January 2019 from 10am to 1pm for pre-school commencement purchases. Qkr orders placed over the holidays (by Tuesday 22 January 2019) can be collected on this day providing stock is available. We recommend ordering via QKR to avoid the rush on this day and using the 'express lane' if you are simply picking up your order.
Car Park Safety
In the interest of safety, please remind your child/ren that they are NOT permitted to access the school through the staff car parks before or after school.
Staff car parks are out of bounds to ALL pedestrian and motor traffic other than staff themselves. Pedestrian paths/access points are available on both Wood and McDonald Streets to facilitate SAFE entry to our school.
Book Club Orders Close Tomorrow!
Book Club orders must be placed by close of business tomorrow (Friday 30 November). Please note that all orders must be paid by credit card online via LOOP (orders that have not been paid via LOOP will be returned to you). For detailed instructions on how to order, please CLICK/TAP HERE.
