VCE Season of Excellence 2023: Top Arts

Congratulations to Beth Pert (Year 12 2022), whose performance piece exploring the concept of making visible 'invisible toxins', in this case carcinogenic mould has been selected to be exhibited in the Top Arts Exhibition at the National Gallery of Victoria.

Top Arts presents outstanding work by students who have completed Art or Studio Arts for the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) in 2022. Beth is one of 38 artists who have been selected from 1400 applicants from schools across Victoria to exhibit their work in the 2023 Top Arts exhibition.

The NGV have also chosen to profile Beth in their latest issue of the NGV Magazine.

The Top Arts exhibition is open for viewing from the 17 March - 19 July 2023 at the NGV Australia, Ground Level, NGV Design Studio. I encourage all of the the Melbourne Girls' College Community to support Beth by viewing her amazing work and by voting for the peoples choice award at the exhbition.
