Account Clearance Dates

A gentle reminder that the first and second instalments of the Residential Accommodation Fee should have been paid in full prior to the commencement of Term 4.

 

This does not apply to parents and carers who are on an approved payment plan or are in receipt of the Assistance for Isolated Children where payments are directed to the College.

 

The College has commenced its Term 4 review of accounts and will be communicating with those parents and carers with outstanding accounts soon, with available options. 

 

All Year 12 accounts should have been settled in full by Friday, 21 October 2022.

All Year 11 accounts should be settled in full by Friday, 18 November 2022.

All Year 10 accounts should be settled in full by Friday, 16 December 2022.

 

A big thank you to those parents and carers who are up-to-date with their accounts.

 

Boarding Away from Home Allowance (BAHA) $1,320 – Closing Soon!

 

The Department of Education makes available a student Boarding Away from Home Allowance each year to families with children attending primary and/or secondary school and boarding in residential accommodation.  

  • AIC Subsidy which applies to all students who are currently in receipt of AIC from the Department of Human Services (Centrelink).

BAHA AIC Applications close 25 November 2022

2023 Residential Fees & BAHA Update

 

The Department of Education Corporate Executive have set the 2023 Residential Accommodation Fee at $9,069.00 for the full year. 

 

In 2023, the Boarding Away from Home Allowance will remain at $1,320 for the full year. Pro-rata payment will continue to be made.

 

2023 Contributions, Fees & Charges; and 2023 Uniforms, Booklists & Residential Requirements

 

Planning has commenced and is almost complete with regards to the review and setting of Contributions, Fees and Charges for 2023. When reviewing our fees and charges, affordability to families is always at the forefront of the Finance Committee. 

 

The 2023 Contributions, Fees and Charges together with the 2023 Uniforms, Booklists & Residential Requirements will be released prior to 1 December 2022.

 

2023 Enrolment Packages

 

By now, all families with students commencing in 2023 should have received an enrolment package in the post. This package contains a variety of forms and important information. It would be appreciated if these packages could be given your attention and returned to the College in the enclosed envelope as soon as possible. 

 

Looking for casual work at the College?

 

The way our College hires casual relief staff is changing. From Term 4 we will be utilising the Casual Staff Seeker, an online tool that makes it easier to send you booking requests via text message.

 

We are looking for casual relief staff across a variety of teaching and non-teaching positions at the College.
