We are now taking enrolments online for Year 7 2024  www.monivae.com

Should you have any questions when completing the Application form, we suggest you read our Enrolment Explanatory Statement before starting your application. 

We are required to follow the enrolment process which is detailed in our Enrolment Policy.

Steps for the Enrolment Process:

Step 1 – Complete an Application form

Step 2 – Upload your supporting documents

Step 3 - Acknowledge the conditions of enrolment, submit your application and pay the enrolment application fee ($100) *For the best experience, complete this online application form using a computer or tablet.

Before commencing the Application form, please make sure you have the following supporting documents ready to upload:

•           Birth Certificate or Extract of Entry or Passport

•           Two (2) most recent school report and most recent NAPLAN report

•           Temporary or Permanent Residency Status documents (if applicable)

•           VISA documentation (if applicable)

•       Relevant Family Court Orders (such as Intervention Orders, Family Court/Federal Circuit Court Orders - if applicable)

•           Specialist Reports - relevant medical and/or additional needs information including assessments and documentation from allied health professionals/medical practitioners (if applicable)

Scholarships

Scholarship applications - While academic performance is the main criteria, a student’s demonstrated leadership, involvement in community or excellence in the Arts and Sports are also considered.

Scholarship applications require a Covering letter, References, photos of Certificate’s and/or Awards

Scholarships close 6th of April 2023.

Bursaries

College Bursaries are awarded to students whose backgrounds include challenging financial or family circumstances. These bursaries are funded through the generosity of Old Collegians and Friends of Monivae who support the important work of the College Foundation. Enquires are kept confidential. 

Monivae College Sports Academy 

Please note enrolment in Monivae College Sports Academy (MCSA) is subject to selection trials.  These are scheduled on the final weekend of the Term 3 holidays. 

Following the submission of your Application, the College Registrar will contact you regarding an Enrolment Interview.
