Kildare Campus Update 

It was incredibly exciting to visit our Kildare Campus this week and hear that almost all building works to the Administration and Learning Buildings are near to completion! We are so impressed with how beautifully everything has come together and we can’t wait to get our staff and Year 7 students out there next term!

Administration Building

All works are expected to be completed at the Administration Building by the end of next week. This includes:

• Finalising fit off and commissioning
• Final clean
• Finalising delivery date for Admin/Library Furniture

Learning Building

The Learning Building is currently95% complete and is also expected to be 100% complete by the end of next week.

Work still to occur includes:

• Finalisation of Joinery
• Carpet to be installed
• Commence defects (after Administration Building)
• Final clean
• Finalising date for Communication Box installation

External

• Concrete seating to Central Plaza and other external areas nearing completion
• Courtyard Well to be installed (end of April)
• Irrigation to front (lawned area) – 100% complete
• Turf to be installed mid-April
• Irrigation to central plaza – 100% complete
• Main Pedestrian Gate to be installed
• All soft landscaping - 100% complete
• Cover over Basketball/Netball courts to commence mid-April
• External fitness equipment to be installed end of April
• Maintenance shed located near main entrance to be installed
• Shared Path and Roadworks nearing completion
• Irrigation pipeline to be completed over the next two weeks
