Year 7 & 10 Immunisations

Immunisations - Monday 4th May 2026

On Monday, 4th May, Year 7 and Year 10 students who have returned their consent forms will receive their immunisations.

• An online consent form link has been emailed to parents.

• A paper copy of the consent form was given to students on Wednesday, 29th April.
