Around the School

ANZAC Day

Last week, our school gathered for our annual Anzac Day Service, a touching tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of our servicemen and women, past and present. We thank  Mr. Ken Jones, President of Moama RSL Sub Branch, for sharing valuable insights to our students about the significance of Anzac Day.

A special thank you is also extended to our Parents & Friends Association for their continued efforts in creating the wreaths for both our school service and the local community services.

Well done to the students who participated in one of the local services in our community and laid a wreath. Your representation of our school filled us with pride!

Foundation Day

Today, Moama Anglican Grammar marked Foundation Day, celebrating the journey from our humble beginnings to where we are now. The festivities included a formal Foundation Day Service and the highly anticipated annual Foundation Day Cup.

Well done to the students who enthusiastically participated in today’s activities and a massive thank you to the teachers whose thorough planning made the day seamless. Congratulations to Martin House on taking out the Foundation Day Sports Cup, and to our 100m Gift winners.
