Our Year 11 and 12 Visual Art in Practice students recently participate in an Artist in Residence workshop at school. Renowned Ghost Net weaver Sue Ryan worked with the boys during the one-day workshop, sharing her skills, knowledge and artistic expertise through a hands-on practical experience.

During the workshop, students created unique artworks that focused on experimentation, creativity and skill development. The experience provided valuable insight into contemporary Indigenous art practices while encouraging students to explore new techniques and materials.

The artworks, showcasing the students' creativity and skills developed during this inspiring workshop, will be displayed at the Gallery on the Green Exhibition later this term.
