Government Secondary Schools
Tuesday, 8th December - all current Grade 6 Students who will be attending Government secondary schools in 2027 have a transition day. Please seek further details from your secondary school. In addition, our teachers meet with teams from each Secondary School to provide an in-depth handover, and many schools send staff to meet students before transition too.

In addition to the dates above, a member of the Luther Pastoral Care team will conduct transition visits with students at their primary schools in Term 4.
