Leadership Morning, School Captain

This Wednesday Evie and I went to a Whitehorse Council Meeting. There were a huge amount of School Captains and the room was packed with energy. It was a great opportunity to make new friends and even catch up with old ones. We had a morning  full of fun discussions and games. Our favourite activity was beach ball tap. At one point we had a task to design a playground for Koonung Oval. Each table was given a hundred dollar budget to build a playground for everyone to enjoy. Another fun task we had was to name our group. After a lot of thinking and voting we came to a decision to name ourselves “ The Voicenaters.” We would like to say a special thank you to Kate Beveridge for hosting the meeting smoothly and Mrs Hudson for driving us. We had a great time and can’t wait for the next meeting.
