Principal's Report
Debbie Oliver
Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome to term 4. This term is very busy with our senior students preparing for their exams. We will be farewelling them on Friday 17th October as they embark on their revision and study period prior to the exams commencing in late October. We wish them every success during this time, and as they venture out of Seymour College and into the big wide world in 2026.
Our College Captains, Mandessah and Jacob, hosted the final whole school assembly on Monday 15 September. Our staff and students saluted all our Year 12 students as they did a lap of the Junior Games Hall prior to exiting the building. We were so proud of them and good luck to everyone! Watch the link below for footage.
During the term break, on Wednesday 24 September, Kristie Luckman, Assistant Principal in Special Education, and I attended the Variety Grand Final Lunch at the Crown. Thanks to the generosity of Variety and many donors, we are thrilled to announce that Seymour College will be receiving a Variety Sunshine Coach. A 20 seater with wheelchair access; we are so grateful!

We enjoy celebrating our former students and following their career pathways. Please see Thomas Claydon's journey below.

Warm regards,
Debbie Oliver
