The Kids Corner section of this fortnight’s newsletter features the conclusion from a narrative written by Nicholas and Samiksha (Year 4)  - I trust everyone’s enjoy them just as much as I have! 

Nicholas' Narrative Conclusion

One sunny morning, while Andrew was brushing his teeth, something strange happened. A robot appeared! They were a robot with colourful buttons, bright yellow eyes and a little screen on top of it's head.

Bloop told Andrew stories of a world called "Robo World" where there was all kinds of funny robots and Robo cities. Together, they began to explore his owner's house to find Robo city again, discovering that there is a secret railway heading to the owner's house.

Bloop was mischievous, doing things like change each other's body colours. Even though it caused trouble, Andrew didn't care because he still liked the troubles he was causing.

Samiksha's Narrative Conclusion

One evening, while Minji was laying on her bed sketching. THUD! There was a noise in the kitchen, she rushed to the scene finding a capybara stealing the tangerines! The capybara liked Minji and soon became friends with her so she named the capybara Mochi. She was a naughty, mischievous capybara that was very loyal to Minji. Mochi loved telling Minji about Onigashina were some demons used to live. Together, they began to explore the secrets of nature and art, discovering a tree with a secret room in it! Mochi liked doing mischievous things like stealing tangerines and food. Even though it caused trouble, Minji did not care because Mochi was good deep down.
