Acting Principal's Message

We have made it through another Term full of fun and learning. It was a short one but it was full to bursting with extra-curricular activities.
We had school swimming, hoop time, Book week dress up day, crazy hair day, the father's day morning tea, grades four to six camp and excursions to see Aladin the musical.
We also celebrated an amazing donation from the Variety Foundation where they have gifted us $45,000 and will build us a POD building onsite so we can launch our Nurture Program hopefully in the 2026 year.
We also had a visit from some vital health services, Glasses for Kids as well as the Dental Van. We ended up with a lot of students receiving free glasses to assist in their learning. These are on their way.
We also say goodbye to one of our valued staff members, Sally, who has completed her final day with us this week. She has been a kind and understanding staff member who will be greatly missed by both students and staff. We wish her well in her future endeavours and hope to see her pop in from time to time.
Thank you to all the amazing staff who have put their all into another school term, without their continued patience and devotion to their job, the school would be a very different place. I encourage them all to enjoy going a bit slower during the school break, ready to return full of energy for the final term of the school year.
Thank you also to our wonderful school community, parents and carers to always supporting the school and their children. This joint effort is crucial to the success of every student. Thank you to the parents who have helped out at events in any way they could or who have come in for meetings, taken phone calls and worked as a team with our educators.
Please stay safe over the holiday period, hopefully enjoy some sunshine and be refreshed for our final school term.
