2026 CSEF (Camps, Sports, Excursions Fund)
From 01 January 2026, CSEF support will increase to $400 for eligible primary and secondary students. New students to Macleod College must submit the application form and a copy of current concession card to Reception to receive CSEF in 2026.

2026 HeadStart Year 11/12
Timetables for current year 10’s going into 11 and year 11’s into 12 are being finalized.
2026 Year 12 classes are 24 – 28 November.
2026 Year 11’s classes are 24 November – 05 December.
Please ensure your student has their Edrolo subscription for holiday homework.
The portal will open from 17 November – 19 December 2025 for families to pay for online access for the following classes:
- Mathematics – General and Methods
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Psychology

2026 Free Public Transport
From 1 January 2026, people aged under 18 can travel free on all Victorian public transport services using a new youth myki card. This includes trams, trains, buses and coach services.
To access free travel, they must tap the myki card on and off each time they travel. For areas that do not use myki cards, they must show their myki card to travel free.
More information about the youth myki card will be available later in Term 4, 2025 – refer to the myki types webpage on the Transport Victoria website.

Parent Payment Arrangements for 2026 are now available.

- 11-12VCE-VM: Education Perfect subscription
- Elective classes with additional charges (years 09-12)
