PREP NEWS

Prep assembly in the Junior Hall. 

We congratulated the children on their amazing start to prep and shared lots of positive behaviours we have seen as teachers both in the classroom and playground. 

As part of our assembly, each prep teacher presents certificates to children and this is definitely a highlight for us. The certificates are for coming into the classroom with a smile, making friends with children in the playground, fabulous whole body listening during class activities and the list goes on. 

Congratulations to the children today. We are so proud of you all. 

 Week 5 and our Preps continue to amaze us with their settling in and are working well in their classrooms.

We are so proud of the children who received certificates this week for making friends, learning to write their name correctly, packing up after an activity . 

There is always so much learning going on in the classroom and playground. Our focus for now is encouraging great listening and following instructions. We encourage the children to do their best and that it is ok to make mistakes because that is how we learn.
